Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan on Sunday said that none will be spared if the current situation goes beyond the tolerance level.

“There is a limit of tolerance level, actions will be taken if the situation goes beyond tolerance level,” said the minister while inaugurating Traffic Week at GPO intersection in the capital.

Actions will also be taken against the people who are spreading rumours on social media, said Asaduzzaman. Already some steps have been taken, he said.

Referring to the phone conversation of BNP standing committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, he said “He was known to us as a good person and was respected by us.”

The students movement is now being diverted to other direction, said Asaduzzaman.

Besides, he ordered traffic police to control traffic and urged people and transport workers to follow the rules and regulations.

The Traffic Week began across the country on Sunday to reinforce discipline on roads and highways.UNB.
